Marisa Aragona has worked extensively in the Bay Area arts community as an artist, activist, curator and educator for over 15 years. Her photo-based work and installations have been exhibited in New York, San Francisco, Oakland, Washington DC, Seattle and Vilnius Lithuania. Marisa grew up outside of Washington DC and received her MFA from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2005 and her BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City in 2000. Marisa lives and works in San Francisco.
